Are you sure it's a GS? If so does your Heat Sink keep on falling off?

I haven't played Warhammer at all but I've got 3 minis (freebies) provided by Games Workshop. The game itself looks very interesting and the models can be pretty detailed.

I stick to Battletech simply because I don't need a full army to play, it's more forgiving to the pocket book (don't even need the exact mini) and the game doesn't favour the guy with the most money to buy the biggest of the big. That said, I have built two armies since the beginning of college at significant cost. Thankfully I've got that spending under control again, certainly can't afford it anymore.

Battletech tabletop is 20 years old now. The card game was a spinoff as are the new 'clix' based gaming system.

And if only I had $10 a week in disposable funds...

The Battletech world of the Clix game is a bad memory I'm trying to repress.

I love my Tau... they may fail at close combat, but you have to get past their shootyness before I have to worry about that...

yay, tomorrow is games day (even if I only get to go for a couple hours...)

all I know is warhammer costs too much to buy for boyfriends! and the scenery is insane amounts of money. I do find the figurines and art fascinating to look at.
