THE RIGHT STUF INTERNATIONAL FOLLOWS UP WILDLY SUCCESSFUL
ANIME TODAY PODCAST SERIES WITH NEW iTUNES ANIME TRAILER SERVICE
December 02, 2005 - The Right Stuf International ("TRSI")
announced today that
they are launching a new initiative to make all of their trailers
easily available
for viewing on iPod video through a new Right Stuf Anime Trailers
feed.
Last month, TRSI successfully launched the first ever official
anime industry
podcast entitled "Anime Today". The equivalent of downloadable radio
talk shows,
podcasts can be subscribed to for free through programs such as
Apple's iTunes
which notify subscribers when new materials are available. Of course,
this new
system is not iPod only. Those without iPods or iTunes aren't locked
out of
sharing in the fun. Anyone can listen into these shows by simply
download the
files and playing them on an audio program such as NullSoft's Winamp
Media player.
"We were amazed at how many people were listening to the Anime
Today podcast
within just the first few hours that it was posted," says CEO Shawne
Kleckner.
"Everyone seemed to really be enjoying the show so we decided to
expand the
podcast to allow listeners to also access anime trailers as they
become available.
So now, when someone in the show is talking about a specific anime
title and we
have a trailer available, the listener will be able to watch the
trailer for the
show as well."
Much like the podcasts, TRSI's new iPod video feed can be
subscribed to via
Apple iTunes or trailers can be downloaded from their iPod video page
at
http://www.rightstuf.com/podcast/trailers/ipod-trailers.shtml and
watched
on any computer with a Quicktime player.
